The Board of Directors honored Bruce Mosher, retiring director, on Sunday afternoon, August 19, 2012. A great dinner was shared by all attending at the Goose & Gander Restaurant in Thomaston, CT. Everyone thanked Bruce for his more than 15 years as a director. Also, he gave the Agricultural Society so many countless hours of hard work, volunteering his time to help make our fair what it is.
His time dedicated to the Early Americana displays, including the Country Store & Working Shingle Mill were his great pride.
We thank Bruce and will miss everything he did for the Society. But I'm sure we'll see Bruce at the Fair and he will actually be able to see the Fair this year.
